Although removed from the majority of WORS racers logistically, the Marshfield Clinic Sport Medicine Phillips Dirtfighter Classic continues to gain in popularity as more and more of the WORS faithful spread the word of the quality of this event. Race directors, Todd and Julie Zumach, continue to improve on an already fine event. The event is growing its reputation by providing racers with spacious camping with showers, convenient parking, a race course that mixes technical singletrack and cross country ski trails, and a very good and plentiful post race meal.
