The 2008 Subaru-sponsored Wisconsin Off Road Series came to an official close on Saturday October 25 at the Awards Banquet, held in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. The Subaru Cup would not be possible without the amazing support of volunteers. [button bg_color="#ed0505" window="yes"]Online volunteer sign-up has closed.[/button] Interested in volunteering on-site? Stop by the volunteer tent. To learn more about the Subaru Cup, and volunteer positions, start planning your weekend here. For two years in a row, dozens of selfless volunteers have helped to course marshal, pull tags in the finish chute, present awards, and guide spectators and arriving visitors.
Update - Final pre-Subaru Cup Trail Day this Sunday WORS and WAMBA (the Wautoma Area Mountain Bike Association) are asking for your help with some new construction and maintenance of the Nordic Mountain mountain bike trails this Sunday, August 12 from 9-3. This will be final prep for Subaru Cup! Super D and Short Track courses as well as all XC courses will be previewed. Please wear long pants, gloves, hats, and sturdy footwear. Check our Facebook Trail Days gall
All Clinic participants must register for that Sunday's race, sign their waiver, and affix their bicycle number plate before attending the Learn to Race Clinic, with the exception of parents accompanying a Junior racer. All Juniors 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent. Clinic start times have been moved back to 3:30 PM to accommodate this. The Clinic will gather and leave from the WORS Registration tent on the Saturday before each race at 3:30 PM.
Thank you for helping us to make WORS events even better. This survey will probably take around 5 minutes of your time. Every WORS event is run in partnership with a local organizing committee. The Crystal Lake Classic is organized by the Boy Scouts of Samoset Council to benefit Camp Tesomas. Thank you for your support! We hope that you had an outstanding experience at this WORS race venue. At the end of this survey, we have included a place to share comments for those who volunteered, and organizers who helped to make the event possible. Thank you!
